Alexandria offers many activities, but we decided to offer a view of the city from a different perspective: exploring the dark side of it! We will first meet by the entrance of Kaitbey Castle, a part of Alexandria that was always veiled in mystery. There, you will hear about the turbulent history of the city’s main Dark times and nearby old houses.
Following, we will explore the enchanting and evergreen Montazha park which, in the distant past, was one of the most royal places in the City.
Then we will continue through a labyrinth of old streets in old down town area and, finally, we will enter the Old City.
All along the way, we are going to see different historical sites, some of them reputed to be haunted, some of them known for other dark tales or legends. This is a fully-narrated walk, so expect to hear many stories, followed by the atmospheric surrounding of the evening walk through some lesser known parts of the town.
